Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping
All shipping is FREE for domestic orders within Australia.

New Zealand
Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $10. Estimated shipping time is 10-16 business days.

International Shipping
International shipping is calculated at checkout. Estimated shipping time is 10-30+ business days. 
Please note These shipping times are simply estimates. Delays may occur for remote deliveries or due to unforeseen shipping delays out of our control.  Shipping time does not include the 1-5 days it can take to pack the order. Once the order has been packed and it's ready to ship, you will get a shipping confirmation email. Your order will be picked up by our courier the day after you receive your shipping confirmation, so check back in on the tracking page to see the status of your delivery. Please contact us for more accurate shipping time estimates based on your location.
Change of mind Returns We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange and send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging (jewellery box or pouch). You’ll also need to be able to provide proof of purchase upon request.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@lamusajewellery.com with your full name and order number.  Once the return is accepted by us, we will offer the following options: Exchange - Send the item/s back to us and swap for a different size or different item/s. Price variances may apply between products exchanged which may require partial refund or additional cost paid. Shipping products back to us will be at the expense of the customer, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new items out to you. We will send a shipping label for an additional $9 to process the exchange.  Refund Send the item/s back to us for a refund. Shipping products back to us is at the expense of the customer, we will send a shipping label and subtract $9 from the total refund amount. Once we receive the item/s we will inspect and if approved, the total purchase amount, -$9 will be refunded back to your original method of payment. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or refund will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on clearance sale items or gift cards (this does not include promotional sales). You can always contact us for any returns questions at contact@lamusajewellery.com.
Damages and quality issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you. Please contact us at contact@lamusajewellery.com within 5 days of receiving your package if anything is wrong with your order. Please provide a detailed description of the issue/s and include images of the jewellery pieces and/or damages. We are happy to offer exchanges at no additional cost for any defective, damaged or incorrect items, or we can offer a refund of the total purchase price.
