To New Zealand
Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $10. Estimated shipping time is 10-16 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Estimated shipping time is 10-30+ business days.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please log into your customer account and initiate a self-serve return at the following link: click here

Alternatively, you can contact us at contact@lamusajewellery.com to initiate a return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1/10 Princes St, Caulfield North, Victoria, Australia, 3161.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once the return is approved, a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be issued. Please note that for refunds we will deduct $9 from the refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
